The loft was renovated to create a two bedroom space. this is the view from the living room
working with existing walls, modifications were made to get light into the bedroom, a kitchen nook was created with the leftover geometry.
A fountain was designed with stainless steel and a 9 foot slab of granite. The fountain creates a sense of calm from the city outside.
